Unfortunately this tour is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues who requires a walking stick, walker or wheelchair or is unable to walk longer distances!
This tour includes climbing about 75 steps and hills!
This excellent bible-based tour follows in the footsteps of Paul; roads and places he lived and visited in 1st Century Rome which are preserved down to our day! You do not need to purchase any entry tickets for this tour that is considered "the unmissable Bible experience"!
These locations are all referenced from the video “City of Rome'' from the English Study Bible/Book of Romans/Multimedia Gallery.
We will experience Rome the same way Paul did, thousands of years ago!

Meeting Point
Set up on your GPS for (GUSTO MASSIMO BISTROT CAFE) close by the metro stop CIRCO MASSIMO
You will see me (your Tour Guide ,Tony Barlocci), standing with the flag jw-rometours up right in front of the cafeteria!
Please allow enough time to arrive at our meeting point well in advance, especially on rainy days! Friday is the day of public transport strike, almost every month. Buses, subways, trams are often at risk from 9 am-5 pm, and catching a taxi in Rome in a strike or in a rainy day is nearly impossible. We suggest you allow enough time to arrive on foot or by rented electric scooter if public transportation is not available. Alternatively, you can also book a taxi or an Uber well in advance in order to avoid arriving at your meeting point too late and missing your tour.

Requests for the same tour/date will automatically be combined into the same group booking.
A comparable 3-hour walking group tour in Rome, on booking platforms like TripAdvisor, Viator etc, with 25 people or fewer, costs an average of 55 euros per person. This is why my group tours will always be a fantastic deal! Moreover I m one of the few that includes insurance coverage for all customers, in the event of injuries incurred during the tour!
Booking and Cancellation Policy
Your tour fee is fully refundable only if cancellation occurs up to 7 days prior to your scheduled tour.
Within 7 days of your scheduled tour, the tour fee is non-refundable!
If a refund is applicable, I will instantly initiate the refund process by crediting the funds back (it takes 2-3 days) to the original payment method used at the booking. This occurs once your cancellation has been confirmed!

How to check in to your tour in two easy steps:
- Set up your GPS for the meeting point shown in this page. Please allow enough time to arrive at least 10 minutes ahead of the tour start time. Remember that if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we will not be able to wait for you, and will have to begin our tour without you!
- Show the screenshot of your confirmed tour booking to your Tour Guide.

Appian Way
THIS TOUR IS SET UP BY REQUEST ONLY, AND IS AVAILABLE ONLY BETWEEN DECEMBER AND MARCH INCLUSIVE (NOT SCHEDULED)!
Another amazing Biblical location, which is not included in any other tour, is the archaeological park of the Appian Way (3.5 miles from the city centre).
I can organize an unforgettable 2 1/2 hours walking tour, to discover the highlights of this incredible place which is mentioned in several Watchtowers.
We will visit the following historical artifacts preserved down to our day: villas with mosaics, many ancient tombs, street signs and mile markers that are preserved all the way from Paul’s day in Rome, and even admire the same vegetation that Paul would have admired.
Join me on this exciting journey to trace the Apostle Paul’s footsteps immersed in an atmosphere from another era!

Catacombs
Why do I not include the Catacombs in my Bible tours?
The answer is in this article cited below. The Catacombs are not at all related to the history of the pure, early Witnesses! However, from a strictly historical point of view, they are very very interesting.
If you want to visit the Catacombs we suggest: SAN CALLISTO or SAN SEBASTIANO.
A guided tour of 45 or 60 minutes hosted by their own internal Catholic guides is always included in your entry ticket price!
After you complete your Catacombs of the Appian Way tour, you could add my 3 hour Appian way Bible Tour, which starts in the same area, not far from there!

If anyone gets the chance go on this tour! You’ll realise some of the common misconceptions about certain things are not as first believed. Brother Tony, el tour ha sido muy animador y me ayuda a pensar mucho en mi servicio a Jah al pensar en hermanos como Pablo, Marcos y Lucas. El punto de cómo Pablo se para quedo allí 24 meses… ha tocado profundamente mi corazón para seguir sirviendo en áreas donde hay mucha necesidad pero son ciudades grandes costosas. Nunca había conectado esos detalles cuando Pablo apeló a él César y tuvo que mudarse allí por su propia cuenta.. la gira me ha ayudado a pensar en no tener miedo y confiar en Jehová y la hermandad. O al mismo tiempo buscar formas de apoyar a otros a servir a Jah que hacen también sacrificios por el reino. e
Espero en otra oportunidad poder tomar otro tour. .
Que Jah bendiga todos sus esfuerzos.
